Storytime is an early literacy program where we read books, sing songs, learn rhymes and fingerplays, and get moving with manipulatives like shakers, scarves, and a parachute. Here are some of the benefits of story time.

* Gets kids excited about books and reading
* Develops a library habit
* Encourages socialization
* Improves attention span and listening skills
* Creates quality time between caregiver and child
* Introduces new books, authors, songs, and activities to do at home
